Explanations:
  1. Release location: If you have a GPS, please record the position in decimal degrees. If a GPS is not available, you may try and use www.topzone.com to estimate the position.
  2. TSA density estimate the % of ground covered by the TSA canopy in the release area. Obviously this will subjective, but do the best you can.
  3. Size of infestation: TSA tends to occur in patches. Try and estimate the size of the TSA patch where you are releasing.

Release recommendations:

  1. Release from 200 to 1000 adults beetles per site.
  2. Release sites should be separated by at least one mile
